Stalwart Edge was founded in 2024 by James Rush as a platform to share his musical journey. Although not always a musician, singer, or songwriter/composer, he has drawn inspiration from his close friends and family. James is dedicated to pursuing his passion for music; instead of just listening and occasionally playing, he is now actively creating his own. He enjoys writing, discovering new sounds, and recording. Music has been a constant presence in his life. During his teenage years, he played the bass and later, the acoustic, influenced by a special group of friends. With a deep appreciation for all genres, James finds particular inspiration in rock and roll. Over the years, he has composed several songs, including “Selling Hell,” his first release, co-written with Scott Pletzer, and is the title track of his debut album. He has subsequently released three more songs, "Drew the Light" and "A Long Look Back" and "It's Love for Love". James wears many hats is his new creative endeavor and he has plans in the works for a second album, with a bulk of songs and basic foundation ready to go. His goal? To passionately produce and provide to listeners, his best quality of musical artwork that transcends good vibes and special feelings.
